We are delighted to learn that Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace has been shortlisted for the prestigious CPD Excellence Award 2023. We couldn’t be more chuffed!

The competition is tough and we are up against some excellent organisations who have also demonstrated to the judges their dedication, effectiveness and skill in delivering Continuing Professional Development.

We are honoured to take our place alongside them and wish them the best of luck on the night. Whatever the outcome, we will relish the chance to celebrate everyone’s achievements when we come together at the CPD Awards at London’s Guildhall on November 24, 2023.

CPD training is, by its very nature, found behind the scenes and we certainly consider our role to be supportive, standing behind employers to train, guide and enable them to instil best practice in respect of menopause in the workplace. As such, it is unusual for us to find ourselves in the spotlight! That said, we welcome the CPD awards and thank them for putting training providers and suppliers front and centre for a moment and allowing us to showcase our work and the impact we have on employers and their workforce.

Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace offers a wide-range of CPD accredited menopause training, videos, eLearning, and menopause support. Our sessions are in-person, webinars or digital and have independent CPD accreditation, assuring both employers and employees that our learning meets robust standards that have been externally verified.

Alongside our wide range of accredited CPD training in menopause, we are very proud to run the only independently assessed Menopause Friendly Employer accreditation scheme.

We also have our own Awards – the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards – and fully recognise the importance of shining a light on organisations and individuals who are leading the way and achieving success. We are looking forward to being the guests not the host at the CPD Awards and will thoroughly enjoy networking with like-minded businesses to celebrate everyone’s great work.

Our achievements last year included:

• Delivering 1002 training sessions
• Trained nearly 60,000 people
• Hosting a webinar broadcast to 140 countries in three languages
• Running our biggest webinar (so far!) that welcomed 1500 attendees
• Delivering 73 Champion sessions with 1,232 delegates

The numbers look good but we never forget that behind every number is a person. Someone who can help improve the experience of menopause in the workplace – either for themselves, their colleagues, family members or friends.

Whether or not we win the CPD Excellence Award, the impact of our work is something to celebrate.
