How it works

Do we need an LMS (Learning Management System) to access this eLearning?

No – and that’s exactly why we made it.

We want all organisations to have access to our market-leading content, and having an LMS in place shouldn’t be a prerequisite. This eLearning is accessed online, so it can be accessed anywhere, at anytime.

How quickly can we start training our workforce?

Straight away!

As soon as payment is received for your selected package, you’ll receive an email with your login details and instructions on how to allocate and monitor learning.

How do we allocate learning?

The person that purchases the eLearning package will become the “master user” for their organisation.

As the master user you’ll have a dashboard in your account, where you can allocate licences to users. There are two ways you can do this:

  1. Invite users to sign up: This will send an automated email to the colleague, inviting them to start the course
  2. Share the course URL: You can share this in company emails, on your intranet or send it directly to colleagues. Users that sign up using this link will be automatically be added to your account. Licences purchased will be used up on a first-come, first-serve basis and once the number of licences in your package have been used the link will no longer be valid.
Do I have visibility of learner progress?

As the master user for your organisation, you can easily monitor and report on the learning progress of your colleagues, including:

  • Whether the user has ever logged into their account
  • Last login date
  • Number of logins
  • Course progress %
Is the elearning mobile friendly?

The eLearning course is optimised for mobile. However for the very best user experience, we recommend accessing it on a computer or tablet.

Payment

What are the payment options?

You can pay by invoice or card (Stripe).

You’ll receive access to your account to begin allocating learning once payment is received (for card payments, this is instant and for invoice payments, you’ll receive access once the invoice is paid)

How does the subscription work?

The subscription is an annual recurring payment.

If you pay by Stripe, your card will be charged for the value of your package each year. If you pay by invoice, we’ll send you an invoice 4 weeks before the renewal date. This needs to be paid before the renewal date to maintain access to your account.

Licence information

What is a licence?

A licence enables one person within your organisation to complete the Menopause eLearning for colleagues each year.

How many licences should I purchase?

All packages are annual subscriptions, entitling you to train the number of colleagues specified in your licence package each year

The certificate provided at the end of the course is valid for one year and eLearning content will be refreshed annually in line with new research, so providing annual refreshers is strongly recommended.

Can I purchase multiple subscriptions? E.g., 2 x 5 licence packages?

You can only have one active subscription to a colleague eLearning package at any time.

This keeps it simple for managing your sub-users and allocating learning. If you need 10 licences, you would need to purchase the 25 licence package.

However, you can mix and match with Line Manager eLearning, once this becomes available for licence. So for example you could subscribe to 1 x Colleague eLearning package and 1 x Line Manager eLearning package.

These can be different-sized packages: e.g., 1 x 25 licence package of Colleague eLearning, and 1 x 5 licence package for Line Manager eLearning.

Can I upgrade at anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at anytime. 

For example, if you purchase the 5 licence package, you can upgrade to the 25 licence package by navigating to my account > subscriptions.
