Our Menopause in the Workplace experts are committed to our journey of making all employers menopause friendly, and we need education and support within SMEs across the UK. Join our community of other like-minded people who’ll be delivering tried, tested and trusted advice on supporting and educating colleagues and managers about menopause and the potential impact it can have at work.

It’s estimated that there are at least 5.87 million women of menopausal or premenopausal age currently working in the UK and the recent Fawcett Report research states 10% have left work because of menopause. 76% of hiring managers within organisations admit that their biggest challenge is attracting and retaining the right candidates for roles. Our ambition of supporting menopause will help attract and retain talent and help people to continue to thrive in their careers.

What it means to be a Menopause Workplace Trainer Licensed by Henpicked
As a Henpicked Licensed Trainer, you’ll receive access to our collection of learning materials, training presentations and menopause resources. Following your trainer assessment process, you’ll be granted a trainer licence and will then be able to deliver our suite of CPD accredited learning materials to organisations across the UK.
